### 1. Overview & Subscription Services
By subscribing to Beauté Club, you agree to a recurring subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate. Your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle unless you pause or cancel your subscription before your renewal date through your account portal.

### 2. Billing & Payments
You authorize Beauté Club to charge your chosen payment method for each recurring cycle. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and pause box shipments until a valid payment method is charged.

### 3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Beauté Club is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details.

### 4. Product Availability & Drop Shipping
All products, descriptions, and box variations are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Because items are fulfilled through third-party drop shipping partners, we do not guarantee that the exact items or brands previewed will be identical in every box, though we strive to maintain equal retail value.

### 5. Limitation of Liability
Beauté Club provides its services and products "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our subscription service or products.
